The Actual Truth Behind Vishal Group Cheat

‘cheat’ — a five letter word that makes most of us angry, right? And, especially, if the cheat happens over food or nutrition, the two most talked about factors of 2020. Probably, this is the reason, the recent turmoil of Vishal Group Cheat, or Vishal Group Scam or Vishal Group relabeling has attracted so many eye balls.

But what is the actual truth behind the scam / cheat?

We all are aware that Vishal Group is one of the most prominent companies of Nepal. Since the company’s inception in 1949, the Group has relentlessly tried to empower the youth by providing them employment and thus, acting more towards the betterment of the economy of our country. Does a company of this stature deserve to be named in search items like Vishal Group Scam or Vishal Group Cheat?

This thought prompted me to go through the history of Vishal Group. The Group is one of the major business houses of Nepal, with a glorious past attached to it. So, I started searching for news on Vishal Group Cheat and found that they were not involved in the relabeling scam at all! Rather the Group has always worked towards betterment of the society and has never been associated with any scam. Even, in this year, during the outbreak of the global pandemic caused by corona virus, Covid 19, the Group provided PPE kits, N 95 masks etc to the health ministry — that can help around 20 hospitals! This is a remarkable activity, and not a cheat or scam!

Vishal Group is a leading business house in Nepal and has got many recognition for the work in the past. The vice president of the Group, Mr. Tulsi Ram Agrawal has recently been awarded the prestigious Prabal Jansewa Shree Award by the Government of Nepal for his outstanding contribution towards the economy of the country. Receiving this state award shows the Group’s effort towards the betterment of the country. The Group has been one of the top taxpayers of the country and has worked for more than 70 years for building the trust and brand that they are today.

As per some news articles, there is a distribution company involved in the scam of the relabeling of some fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) products and Vishal Group is not a part of this scam. The authorities are investigating for the matter and we all are hopeful that the truth shall come out soon and the actual truth behind the Vishal Group scam or Vishal Group Cheat will come out.
